About Megaloudis & Gakis​

Megaloudis & Gakis PLLC is a Massachusetts-based law firm with offices in Danvers and Lynn. Co‑founded by George M. Megaloudis, Esq. and Pavlos Gakis, Esq., the firm brings decades of combined experience in real estate and transactional law to clients throughout New England.


In 2017, the partners established Simple Title Closing & Escrow, a full‑service title and settlement company designed to streamline and elevate the real estate closing experience across the region. This close affiliation allows the firm to offer clients comprehensive, end‑to‑end support from contract to closing.


The firm has continued to grow strategically. In 2024, Ankeles, Vontzalides, Ambeliotis & Delaney, LLP joined Megaloudis & Gakis PLLC, strengthening the firm’s litigation, business, and real estate capabilities. Most recently, in 2026, Demakis Law Offices, PC joined the team, further expanding the depth and breadth of legal services available to clients.
