John M. Mooradian, Esq.

Meet John: 

John is an associate attorney and Massachusetts native who earned his undergraduate degree from Colgate University and his J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2010. 

John advises businesses and entrepreneurs on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, business sales and acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions. In addition, he regularly represents clients in municipal and state liquor and lottery licensing matters and has appeared before more than 100 local licensing commissions as well as the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission. 

John also represents buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions and serves as a closing attorney for several area lending institutions. He lives on the North Shore with his wife and daughter.
